Anointing & Communion Requests

If you or your loved one will be hospitalized or homebound, and would like to receive the sacraments of Holy Communion or Anointing of the Sick, please contact the parish office at 612-729-7344. Keep in mind hospitals and healthcare facilities cannot contact us, families need to contact the parish directly.
